In order to update your contact information in your account, you'll first need to access your user profile. Here's a friendly guide on where to find your user profile.
How to Find Your User Profile
Access Your Account
Login to your owner account.
Locate the Resident Screen
In the menu to the left of the screen, locate and open the “Resident” drop-down.

Since Summary is normally open upon logging in, you may want to click the arrow next to it to collapse that option to more easily locate “Resident”.
Select User Profile
With Resident open in the menu, locate the “User Profile” option. It should be near the bottom.

Your user profile should like similar to this.

By clicking on the names listed near the top, you’ll be able to switch between users linked to the property account.

In the example screenshots, you can see that Abby and Jonathan are both listed on the same property account, but they each have different contact information, and Jonathan’s type is listed as a “Tenant”. Since Jonathan is on the account as a tenant and has an email address, general association communications such as notices about the pool opening can also be delivered directly to Jonathan.
