If you own more than one property, live in multiple HOA-managed communities, or manage an account for someone else, it’s common to end up with more than one portal login. Switching back and forth between accounts can be confusing and time-consuming.

The good news is you can link multiple portal accounts together so you can access them all from a single login.

Below, we’ll walk you through how to link accounts, how to switch between them, and how to remove a linked account if needed.

Before You Start

To link accounts successfully, make sure you have:

  • Access to your portal login
  • The account number and password for the account you want to link

Each account must already be set up before it can be linked.

How to Link Another Portal Account

  1. Log in to your HOA web portal.
  2. In the left-hand menu, select Account Link, under Resident.
  3. Enter the account number and password for the account you want to add.
  4. Click Link.

Once linked, the additional account will appear in your account list.

How to Switch Between Linked Accounts

After linking accounts, you can easily move between them:

  1. Go to Account Link in the portal menu.
  2. Click Login next to the account you want to view.
  3. You’ll be taken directly into that account.

You can confirm you’re in the correct account by selecting the Summary tab in the Resident section.

How to Unlink an Account

If you no longer want accounts connected, you can remove the link at any time.

  1. Click Account Link in the portal menu.
  2. Select the account you want to remove.
  3. Click Delete.

Important: This only removes the link between accounts. It does not delete the account itself.
