Whether you’re a new property owner or a long-time resident, accessing the pool, tennis court, gym, or other recreation areas for the first time should be simple. Here’s how to gain first-time access to your community amenities.

Already Have Access?

This guide is for residents who have never previously accessed their amenities.

If you already have a key or access device and are experiencing issues, check out our Amenity Troubleshooting guide instead.

Step 1: Fill Out the Request Form

  • Log into your property owner account.
  • Locate and open the Forms dropdown in the left menu.
  • Click on the Access Device Request form and complete it.

What Happens Next

Our Amenity Access Specialist will:

  • Review your account for any outstanding balances, fines, or fees that must be cleared before access can be granted.
  • Confirm whether All-In-One manages your association’s amenities.
    • If we do not manage them, we’ll forward your request to the appropriate contact within your association.

For Tenants

If you lease your property:

  • Contact your landlord or leasing company directly. Most associations require the property owner to handle new device requests.

2. Pick Up Your Device

Once your request is approved:

  • You’ll receive communication from either All-In-One or your association representative.
  • If All-In-One manages your amenities, we’ll assign and activate your device.
  • You’ll receive pickup instructions via email.

Tip: Follow any payment instructions included in your email to avoid delays.

Device Allowance

  • Some associations provide the first device free for new property owners.
  • Others require all devices to be purchased.
  • Typically, additional or replacement devices must be purchased.
  • Prices and device limits per household vary by community. We’ll provide the details for your association.
