Welcome to your association's amenities! Whether you're a new property owner or a long-time resident, accessing the pool, tennis court, gym, or other recreation areas should be a breeze. Here's a friendly guide to help you gain first-time access.
If you currently have a key or access device, and you're having issues with access, check out our Amenity Troubleshooting guide instead.
Fill Out the Request Form
First, log into your property owner account. Locate and open the "Forms" dropdown in the left menu. Click on the "Access Device" request form, and complete it.
Tenants
If you are a leasing the property, please contact the person or company you are leasing from directly, as many associations require the property owner to handle new device requests.
Review Process
Next, our Amenity Access specialists will review your request to check if your account is in good standing or if there are any balances, fines, or fees that need to be cleared before you'll be eligible to receive access to the amenities.
We will also check if your association's amenities are managed by All-In-One. If we don't manage your association's amenities, we'll forward your request to the proper contact within your association who can assist.
Pick Up Your Device
If All-In-One manages the amenities for your association and you are eligible for a new device, one will be assigned and activated for you. Once your device is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions.
If payment is required, make sure to follow the information from the correspondence regarding the payment to ensure there are no issues that could delay your pickup.
Device Allowance
Some associations allow new property owners to receive their first device for free, while others require all property owners to purchase devices. Typically, additional or replacement devices must be purchased. Prices and the number of active devices allowed per address vary by community. Don't worry, we'll let you know this information for your association.
Keys to Success
- Keep Your Device Handy: Store your access device in a convenient place. You may want to put it on a special lanyard in the area where you hang your keys. This will make it easy to transport and keep track of. Do not store it in a location where may be in close proximity to excess heat/direct sunlight, excess water/moisture, or strong magnets, as these may result in damage to the device.
- Check Your Account: Regularly check your property owner account for any outstanding balances or issues that may affect your access.
- Contact Support: If you continue to experience issues, don't hesitate to contact our Amenity Access specialists for assistance. You can send them a message through the “Device Troubleshooting” form on your property owner account, or call (678) 363-6479.
