FAQ: HOA Website Links Explained
Why are there multiple websites?
Each site serves a different purpose:
- All-In-One Website: General resources and company info
- Web Portal: Your property account and association details
- Payment Website: Secure payment processing through our banking partner
Do I need separate logins for each site?
Yes. Your web portal login is different from your payment site login. The payment site requires its own account if you want to schedule payments.
Can I pay my dues through the web portal?
Yes. The portal provides links to the payment site, but the actual payment is processed through Western Alliance Bank.
Is the payment site secure?
Yes. Western Alliance Bank uses industry-standard security protocols for online transactions.
What if I forget my login credentials?
- For the web portal, use the “Forgot Password” option or contact Neighbor Support.
- For the payment site, use the reset option on the bank’s page.
Can tenants access these sites?
Tenants typically do not have portal access unless authorized by the property owner. Payments and account management are the owner’s responsibility.
