What are the Bylaws?

They provide a framework for how the Association operates, including the roles and duties of board members, the process for holding meetings, voting procedures, and financial management. Bylaws are essential for ensuring that the association functions smoothly and effectively, promoting fair and consistent governance within the community.
Where Can I Find the Bylaws?
This document can be found in your property owner account. If you need help logging into this account, check out this article.
Once in your account, to access these documents:
1. Go to "Document"
Click the "Resident" dropdown in the side menu.

Once open, click the "Dcoument" option.

This will open your association's Document area, which will contain all of the association's documents, which may include governing documents, rules and regulations, financials, meeting minutes, newsletters, and more.
2. Locate the Bylaws
Look a document labeled “Bylaws” under the "Governing" section of the Document area. Sometimes, it will be compiled with the association’s Declaration of Covenants in a single document, which may be titled “Bylaws and Covenants”.
Click the "View" button to open up the document.
