1. So you received a violation letter, now what do you do?
- Read the letter
- Realize it is not personal
- Evaluate the letter by asking yourself these questions:
- Is the violation still there?
- Do you have a plan to correct the violation?
- When do you plan to correct the violation?
- Contact the management company and let them know the status of the violation and your plan to address the it
